Originally purchased from The House of Sharon Bridal Salon in East St. Louis, Ill in 1970. The following is their description of the dress-
"This is a floor length gown of ivory acetate Peau de soie. The empire bodice fashioned of cotton/nylon Chantilly lace imported from France was designed with a scalloped scooped neckline and elbow length sleeves beaded with tiny seed pearl clusters. The A-line skirt swept into a semi-cathedral train scalloped at the edge with lace encrusted with pearl beading. A profile headpiece of organza and lace petals all edged with tiny pearls secured the three tiered bouffant veil of imported bridal illusion." WAs worn to reception, which was just a dinner. Only worn once.
