This was absolutely the dress for me! So much so that I returned a wedding dress I had already purchased because I fell in love with this Eddy K dress after trying it on for the first time. I live in the United States, however this dress was purchased at a bridal shop in London, Ontario, Canada during a visit with family.
I thought I would have an easy time finding a dress for my wedding. I'm not very particular about fashion and attire. However after trying on multiple dresses, nothing truly caught my eye. I settled on a dress that was comfortable, fit my body shape well, and looked nice, but didn't have the extra 'sparkle' I was anticipating. I just so happened make an unplanned visit to another bridal shop and at the request of family members, tried on this Eddy K dress. I had my 'ah ha' moment. I absolutely loved the classic look of this dress, the extensive detailing of the beadwork and ruching. It really added shape to my otherwise straight-lined body. It is an elegant, beautiful dress.
I wore this dress for my wedding reception.
